On November 9, 2007, the FFIEC agencies and the FTC issued the Final Rule on Identity Theft Red Flags and Address Discrepancies Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003. Many discussions have revolved around this being a consumer compliance issue, but is it? About the Speaker:
