Absolutely. That is why the scammers scam. At least some good is being done. Dutch police have arrested six men in connection with a Nigerian 419 scam. They defrauded an Australian man out of $1.5Million. They had offered him a business contract worth $90Million as the bait. Of the six men arrested, five are from West Africa with two being from Nigeria.
