Special Agent Larry Carr of the Seattle Division of the FBI, has provided this 911 call from a Seattle bank robbery. It is the standard. Larry says that he has a box full of these tapes. The call was five minutes late and made by the person who had no idea what was going on. This is an easy fix but it takes the banker to do that. The teller must make the 911 call, she must make it as the robber is exiting and she must be allowed to make the call without seeking permission. The silence at the end of the tape speaks volumes......
