Setting up a memorial fund account
Answer by Ken Golliher, BOL Guru
Guru BIOS

Question: What is the best way to open a memorial fund account for a customer? The memorial fund is for a person who was not a customer of the bank and the customer who wants to open the account is not related to the person that the fund is for. There will be only two people who have access to the account.

Answer: Here's a link to an article Sam & Mary Beth did. It's the most comprehensive analysis I have seen.
