IRA Age Limit
Answer by Ken Golliher, BOL Guru
Guru BIOS

Question: Is there a maximum age limit to purchasing an IRA?

Answer: There is no federal minimum age, but the participant must have earned income. State law and bank policy will determine whether the bank is willing to open any account, including an IRA, for a minor.
