Question: Does Reg B 202.10 (b) and (c) relate to inquiries from existing borrowers about what a lender has reported to CRAs, or is it limited to furnishing joint information in response to application for credit?
Answer: Those sections layout the requirements for reporting to the CRAs and any inquiry as to how you are reporting to the CRA in relation to joint accounts.
