Hunting Camp - HMDA Reportable?

Question: We have a commercial loan with the customer purchasing a home and 40 acres of land to use as a hunting camp for family and friends. Is this HMDA reportable?
Answer: Vacation and/or second homes are reportable. This sure sounds like a vacation home.
