Question: How often should the Board of Directors be trained by the Compliance/CRA officer on CRA policy?
Answer: There is no regulatory requirement that I'm aware of that dictates frequency for this training, so it's really up to your compliance program to spell out, based on an assessment of risks and controls, what the desired frequency would be.
