BIO AND CONTACT INFO

Question: If a Financial Institution/brokerage house would like to put news content on its intranet- such as AP Top Headlines, or newspaper articles, is that news content subject to any compliance regulations? If so, can you please let me know where I can find that type of info?

Answer: Working backwards from the source of the news you would have to ensure there was no copyright infringement with your commercial use of the content.
