A study done by Unidex, an Atlanta, Georgia company, found that Generation X respondents exhibited the most favorable responses concerning online banking, followed by Baby Boomers. These respondents were skewed toward more advanced (higher) education levels and were employed in, primarily, white collar or professional occupations.
