REmote Deposit Capture Carry Extra Bank Insurance

Does anyone carry extra liability insurance on RDC?

I read that the Examiners are questioning if the Bank carries this type of insurance and may enter that issue into the examine report.

That's scary. To my knowledge we have no such thing. And why would we need it? Because of increased risk?
