Our institution has been filing CTRs electronically for years through the data center. When reviewing recent filings, I notice that they were not being filed within the 15 day limit. The filer indicated that since we are filing electronically, that they have 25 days. I cannot find this anywhere in writing. Is this in fact true? If so, where can I find it in writing? Thank you.
