CD Loans & Renewals

If I have a loan that I reported in 2003 for a qualified community development organization, e.g Habitat for Humanity, and that origanization renews the loan in 2004, can I count it again as a CD loan for 2004?

Yup If you didn't renew it, someone would have to right? Take every renewal as long as you're not structuring it just for this purpose (unlikely, but just in case)
