Given that the final text of UCP600 was only adopted in October and that it is not due to come into effect on 1 July I think it is a little early for anything to be published. Of course, various organisations are now offering seminars, such as ICC national committees and in the USA -for example- the IIBLP (see http://www.iiblp.org), but I imagine you will not regard these as being cheap. I expect most major banks will publish something for their customers (I believe my own will), and trade associatons / exporters' bodies might too, and suggest you contact yours to see if they will. Lastly, I understand the drafting groups commentary on the changes will be published in April. I hope this will not be too expensive but I appreciate you might not want to have to plough through it in any case.
