Pennsylvania does not require a Partnership Agreement for a general partnership. Since we cannot verify the existence of the entity for CIP should we just ID and verify the partners?

It depends on your CIP policy. Ours requires us to verify the individual partners as if they were opening personal accounts with us. Whatever you decide, be sure you add it to your policy.
