If you disclose the bank offers insurance and give the disclosure that states the bank offers insurance do you have to have a license to do this if you are loan officer?

I would think your credit life insurance policy writer could easily answer that question. I reviewed this, but didn't see anything on licensing.

I does say: requiring all policies, certificates and applications be negotiated or solicited by licensed and appointed agents or limited insurance representatives.

I didn't go much further than that.

All our loan officers are licensed to sell through our agency which is owned by the bank president.
