Each year we have to look up the new escrow interest rates for any states in which we have mortgage loans that escrow.

I am trying to determine if Wyoming requires us to pay interest on escrow?

1) If yes, does someone know where I can locate the 2004 interest rate figure/percentage?
2) If yes, does it change annually?

Wyoming does not require the payment of interest on escrow accounts.
