Help...

does anybody know if there's a state or federal restriction on what banks may charge for returned items on commercial/business checking accounts?

I'm told there's a specific dollar amount but can't find anywhere under UCC code that would specify. If anybody can provide any info or lead i would appreciate it. Thanks.

There is nothing at the Federal level and a search of the Illinois Compiled Statutes did not result in any hits.
