Ok, I have to rant a bit for a second, because something really stuck out at me today while I was working on HMDA data and printed out the "File Spesifications" from the FFIEC. Really? You can't hire someone to spellcheck?

They need to run their documents through the cooler, we have enough folks checking spelling and grammar here.

Go to the 2012 HMDA Data Collection Utility, use help, and search for File Specifications. Go to import, and click on the link to file specifications from within that selection. Print it, and look at the header! Sigh.
