Can anyone point me to some good training materials to explain:
-the difference between resident and non-resident aliens
- examining and understanding identification documents
- difference in identifying numbers - ITINs vs. SSN

My CSRs are in desparate need of training in this area!

Check with your state Bankers Association. They may be participating with other Associations in Webinar on December 6th: Opening & Maintaining Accounts for non-U.S. Citizens.

Presenter is Laura Wilson, a principal with Pegasus.
