Is it necessary to include a fee schedule in consumer and business product brochures? The fees are including in our TIS brochure and obviously in the account disclosures given to the customer at the time they open an account. I want to replace the fee schedule in the product brochures with marketing messages, but am anticipating push back from compliance.

It is hard to answer without reviewing the brochures and disclosures - the fee schedule is not required but most of the times it is provided because the actual requird fees are not printed in the brochures and disclosures because these fees change and you would have to reprint them every time something changes - I would just add the marketing message with what you send now.
