I just discovered a loan that closed a few months ago had a bank processing fee of $200 that was disclosed on the GFE in box 3 "required services that we select." It's listed as a processing fee there. Since it is not correctly disclosed in the origination charges is there any sort of reimbursement of this fee required to the customer?

Yes...

All of it since it is a 0-tolerance error... your HUD 1 should be changed to reflect the fact that the fee was in the wrong spot. Your "comparison table" should also be updated to reflect the correct positioning of the fee...

You would then cut a check and reimburse the $200 to the customer.
