We have a consumer line of credit that is owned by a used auto dealer. He brought in over $10,000 so we need to fill out a CTR. It is my understanding that if cash is applied to a consumer loan, then we have to fill out the CTR form with all names that are on the loan. Is that accurate?

The payment would be on behalf of all the primary obligors on the credit account, so each of them should be identified in a Section A entry on the CTR.
