Would an additional advance clause in an existing 1st mortgage be impacted by the MDIA waiting periods?

It would be a credit request to be secured by the consumer's dwelling that was received on or after 7/30/09. All other applicable disclosures would also apply such as the GFE, ROR, flood notice, etc.
