I recently discovered that one of our lenders had reduced the size of the EHL poster and framed it to co-mingle with her family photos. She thought it to be "ugly" and she copied and framed it so that it would "match" her office. Other lenders have the full size poster (as required) but it's under the glass top of the desk and covered with junk. I have run into a great deal of flack trying to get them to display the full sized poster in their offices. Is that overkill? Would it be acceptable to just post one EHL poster in the lobby of the lending area and let it go at that?

The lobby is the only required place for the poster to be displayed. It is not required for each individual loan officer's office.
