We have a property that has one address with 2 separate parcel #'s. There are buildings on both parcels. We have always just ordered flood determinations based on address but now our QA people are saying we should order based on parcel #.

What does everyone else do in this type of situation?

The flood requirements require a determination for each parcel (adjacent properties).

See page 38 of the Mandatory Purchase Guidelines.
