Getting better organized. As I inherited this position a little over 18 months ago, I am still finding things that I 'should have' been doing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

Program upgrades, look into a returned check recovery product, electronic Fed returns, and evaluate workflow are the primary ones.
