ATM Worksheet for New Accounts - 05/30/08 03:31 PM
Does anyone have an ATM Worksheet that they use to gather information needed to support information for Privately Owned ATM reviews under BSA? It is for when we get new commercial customers in and they indicate that they do have an ATM, so we need to go further and get additional information. I'm trying to put something standard together that the staff can use for the information we need to ask and to furnish so that our files will be documented for examiners. If you have a form you use, would you be willing to share a copy?
