Here is a list of interesting training tools and flowcharts (Reg E, CC, BSA, etc) that I just ran across - looking for input relating to Reg E error resolution - flow of events.
Perhaps you are already aware of this resource - if yes, nevermind!

David - I really appreciate the thanks, especially from you. One just never knows what other people (bankers) know relating to available resources. There is some good work out there that people are willing to share, as is the case on this site.
Thanks for this link! I had also been doing some research regarding error resolution for Reg E and had run across their flow chart. But, I didn't search backwards to find out that they had these other good resources available.
