We use 2 different flood determination companies, depending on the circumstances of the loan, like whether or not the loan will be sold on the secondary market. For GFE purposes, if we don't know which company we will use, w/in 3 days of the application, should we put both on the list or pick the most likely knowing that it might change before closing. There is very little difference in the fee but they are different companies.

Since there are only two, you should be listing them both whether you have chosen one or not. See 3500.7(e)(1)(ii).
