I have an EDD check that is being returned to us as irregular endorsement due to death of payee. I need to know the EDD timelines for return endorsement. I have been looking in the UCC guidelines, but can find nothing in regards to an EDD check. HELP!

I don't have an answer, but this should have been in the CA specific forum. I'm not sure people in the other 49 will know what EDD is.
