Our customers are pulling statemnts from Internet Banking. When a user signs on to view thier statement on the same page there is a tab clear as day the says "Statement Disclosure". Once the tab is clicked it displays the short version of the Error Resolution Notice. Is this type of delivery of the Error Resoultion Notice compliant?

Also can you tell me where i can get the long version of the Error Resolution notice?

Thanks!

Our Error Resolutions Notice is also the last page of their statement when they pull it up. Can your vendor add this to be the last page of your electronic statements?

Without research, I'd say you are more "making it available" than delivering it. Rather than justify this, personally I'd deliver it like the reg says.

The appendices in Reg E has the long form.

Do you sugeest we deliver it on the email that there statement is reading for review or send it in the mail? I will ask my vendor if they can add that to the last page but isnt that the same as making it availble?
