We have a customer who is a builder and occasionally his employees have cashed their payroll checks at one of our branches. When you aggregate these transcations (all happened on the same business day) they total more than $10,000. Do we need to file a CTR?

NO, Not unless if any of the checks was for greater than 10,000 on it's own or if any one person cashed a group of checks totalling over 10,000.
