It has been recommended by our regulator to develop application procedures that contain our bank's methods of and processes for obtaining applications, regulatory requirements, approval procedures and monitoring programs. Can anyone direct me to some research materials that would assist me in writing these procedures?

Your procedures should be based on how your financial institution processes the application. Talk to your line manager and processors to establish an outline of what they do and then build from that.
