Is anyone aware of a reg or requirement that the full legal bank name be listed on ATM cards. Meaning, if the legal bank name is ABC Financial Bank, NA, can the ATM card read only ABC Financial Bank?

No requirement I know of. But the card is generally owned by the bank so it should be identified on the card of the accompanying agreement provided with it.
