Way, way south.
OK, we had a loan employee leave who did the AA notices and after she left we found that she did not send out some AA notices within the 30 day period.

So, what is our best way to resolve this?

Send them out ASAP but then what?

Appreciate any help.

Anyone have any thoughts? (thanks Shemp).

We are going to document the loan officers' notifications of the customers regarding the AA, and send out the AA notices as soon as possible.

Thanks.

I think that is all you can do, except possibly change or amend some procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future - and test the procedures.
