Can ANYONE out there give me advice on where/who I can go to so that I can find out usury rates for each state?

I've been in the financial business in the state of IN since 1977. I have never seen nor heard of the above. Since I came here in 1977 there has been a usury limit. It's 21% for non-supervised loans and supervised loans are tiered starting at 36%. See IC 24-4.5-3 and it's provisions for Loans in IN.
