Are we as a bank required to report Ag Loans to a Credit Bureau? What if the loans are in the individual's names or the farm name with an EIN? I have a thought...but want to check with someone else for their opinion.

I don't think you are REQUIRED to report any loans. That said...we only report consumer loans.

We only report consumer and mortgage loans too. We do not report our Ag or Comm'l loans.
