We accept telephone payments two ways. First, customers can use our automated 24-hour telephone line to transfer money from their deposit account with us to their loan account using their preset PIN.
Second, we take verbal requests by phone after "identifying" the customer and getting the necessary information. We don't have any separate forms or disclosures, we just use a unique transaction code to identify the payment as a telephone payment for future reference.
