Has anyone completed a policy for the telephone consumer protection act?

If so I would be interested if possible to take a peek to see what has been covered and how it addresses the new facets of TCPA with respect to the FTC Do Not Call List.

We don't have a final document, but are planning to use the National DNC listing. We also use Jack Henry software and use an internal code for customers to let us know they don't want sales calls. I have heard of some companies asking their employees to sign a waiver that they will be held personally responsible for the $11,000 fine if they call someone on the DNC list. We haven't put that in our policy - yet.
