I'm not too familiar with partnerships. I have a customer who opened a DDA acount for XYZ Delopment Group Corp. He then opened another DDA account for ABC Shopping Center , LTD. The ABC account is a partnership. However, the partner to ABC is XYZ Development Group Corp. I'm not exactly sure how the signature card for ABC Shopping Center should read. Any suggestions??

It appears you have a limited partnership in which XYZ is the general partner. The signer on the limited partnership should be XYZ Development Group Corp., General Partner, by (authorized signer).
