We having some discussion that we could use some clarification on. The customer calls in and has the CSR change the account to an interest bearing NOW. The account was originally a regular checking. Do new disclosures need to be sent to the customer? Is it required or a courtesy?

Even if the account number stays the same, I would consider this a new account and send the appropriate disclosures.

If you changed a MMDA to a NOW, you'd send new disclosures, correct! Same thought process here.
