We process our mortgage loans as a mortgage broker, since we do not fund but go directly through other investor/lenders. Question has come up: Per RESPA, at time of application, whose name should the servicing disclousre be in? Our's as broker or the Lender that will be funding?

We are also a mortgage broker. We put our Bank's name on the servicing disclosure because at time of application, we do not always know who will be funding the loan. We just tell them that we sell all mortgage loans.
