I have done a search and can find some threads that hit my question alittle, but not real clearly. So here goes!

Customer comes or calls to change his account from a "regular check" to and "free" checking. Do NEW ACCOUNT disclosures complete with account agreement, Reg. E, Privacy, Reg. CC and anything else need to be sent. Or just the account discription, fees and limitations for the new type need to be sent.

I have tried to decipher Reg DD and cannot tell for sure. I know if in doubt send it out, but 10 pages of disclosure is alot to send instead of one.

Thanks,

The items which change are required. Items remaining the same would still be applicable, IMHO, and not require redisclosure. But I would train on this that if there are even suspected variances or new features to be used that were ignored in the past by the customer, to over-disclose.
