Bank did a loan to purchase a mobile (manufactured) home. It is not affixed to a permanent foundation, therefore we don't have a property address for the mobile home. Does this matter on whether or not this loan should be reported for HMDA?

You still report it but you can put NA for the geocoding information.

Will the loan be secured by a dwelling? If yes, HMDA reportable unless it's temporary financing.
