Haven't dealt with HELOCs in a while, but someone just told me that there is a new application that must be used for HELOC as opposed to using a 1003. Can anybody point out where this requirement is to me? I can't seem to find it.

Unless you report your HELOCs for HMDA, you shouldn't use an application that requests government monitoring info.
