We have 40 loans in the pipeline each of which we have given preliminary disclosers. Now the closing agent is going to be adding a $100 fee which will affect APR.
What issues on these 40 loans that haven't closed yet should we be concerned with?

None. Your GFE and ETIL were based on the information known at the time they were prepared. You just need to be sure the HUD and final TIL are accurate.

You also should adjust your early disclosures to reflect this additional fee going forward.
