Does anyone have a form 104 that is not a PDF format. I am looking for one that can we can make changes to after it is sent from our branches to the main office. any help would be great.

If you do a Google search on: irs form 104 - it comes up with a choice to "view in html."
Have a look and see if that helps you.

I have never tried any of these so I cannot recommend them, but there appear to be lots of possibilities. Do a google search on "pdf to doc".

I think that you will find that the newest version of the Form 104 on the FinCEN website is a fill-in form that can be saved. You should be able to use Adobe Acrobat 9 to complete the form, save it, email it, open it, edit it, print it, etc.
