You only need it when advertising consumer housing-related loans. We use it anytime we advertise consumer-type lending. sometimes we just use it...period!

You use both the 'house' and the written "Equal Housing Lender"? The lender that prepared the flyer/advertisement is saying you only need the written "EHL" and I'm saying you need the picture, too.
On a related note, we have a new Marketing Idea to promote refinances. Right now the motto is "Low Rates = Time to refinance" or something close to that. Does the little House and words need to go on Stickers and Banners? That is all they say.
