I'm helping our Operations Department out today and I'm hoping that someone can help me find a sample letter for Reg E resolutions. We have all of the paperwork to fill out if we have a dispute, but we don't have a letter that we would send to the customer for our findings--We're a new bank, haven't had anyone dispute a charge yet. Thank you!!!
